NAVY ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL-- one of two awarded for superior performance as Recruiter-In-Charge, Navy Recruiting District Los Angeles, CA., achieving 103 percent of station goal during the period July 1989 to June 1992.

FOURTH GOLD WREATH AWARD-- one of four awarded for sustained superior performance as Recruiter-In-Charge from October 1, 1991 through December 31, 1991.

MS PROJECT  98-- Successful completion of Microsoft Project Training.  Course instruction covered Creating and Managing projects using the software.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION-- Ranked First of Five outstanding sailors in my peer group, after only being at the Command for six months. Evaluated for professional skills and leadership ability.

FUNDAMENTALS OF TOTAL QUALITY LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE-- awarded for training in Dr. Deming's theories of Total Quality Leadership.

NAVY EXERCISE LEADER CERTIFICATE-- awarded from Bureau Of Naval Personnel; assigned Fitness Coordinator for 4 Commands, 10 years experience collectively.

TYPING CERTIFICATE-- awarded from Chula Vista Adult School, 42 gwam, July 1999.
